Kelly is the Founder and Managing Member of Investment Strategy Consulting LLC (ISC).

After beginning her career as a CPA and consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, she went on to work in the field of Corporate Governance Consulting with Control Solutions International as a Project Manager having conducted major projects readying public company accelerated filers for compliance with SEC regulatory requirements. While in New York, her client base narrowed to consist almost exclusively of large investment companies such as publicly reporting private equity entities and institutional lenders.

Building on her experience analyzing large investment institutions for the purpose of regulatory compliance, Kelly then began to focus her career as the Director of Investment Consulting at PKF O’Connor Davies; specializing in analysis of investment managers and funds for the purpose of performing in depth due diligence reviews for large institutional clients.

Her expertise includes analysis of equity and alternative asset managers and products, and allocation recommendations as well as other types of specialized investment analysis. She has extensive experience in the United States and Europe conducting due diligence and consulting on portfolio allocations to investment managers, alternative investments, public funds and other complex investment products and advises on their use in the design and implementation of investment strategies.

Throughout her career, Kelly has authored published articles and is a regular panel participant and speaker at investment industry events.

Her client base has included institutional and high wealth investors with large, highly complex, investment portfolios such as multi‐billion dollar foundations, pensions, family offices, endowments, and not‐for‐profit investors. Kelly is a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Securities Analysts.
